Our household favourites are available to order - Please order in good time as given the seasonal nature of our farming system there may be a small lead in time of a maximum of 2 weeks.
Whole Box
Where it all started.. Our whole lamb boxes are the original, containing;
4x half legs (1/2 leg feeds 4-6ppl)
4x half shoulders (1/2 shoulder feeds 3-5ppl)
12-16 Best end chops
Neck & Loin chops
2x Leg steaks (approx. 125g each)
2kg of premium lamb mince (500g packs)
2x Kidneys (Liver also available)
Total around 18-20kgs of the best Sugarloaf Lamb. Perfect for larger families or parties!

Half Box & Seasonal Pack
These or our smaller boxes and well suited to those with slightly fewer mouths to feed!

Half boxes contain;
2x half legs (1/2 feeds 4-6ppl), 2x half shoulders (1/2 shoulder feeds 3-5ppl), 6-8 Best end chops, neck/loin chops, 1x kidney and 1kg of premium lamb mince.
Generally our half boxes are around 9-10kg of lamb.

Our burgers are not only great in the summer cooked over the BBQ but are also perfect for an easy, healthy mid week meal!
Our burgers have no added ingredients (other than herbs and/or spices and are made from our premium mince only. Making them gluten free.
